What is it?

-    The Sounder Sleep System is a unique approach to self-healing for insomnia and the stress of life. The system consists of gentle, synchronized movement and breathing techniques to relax your body, calm your mind and lull you to sleep.

Who developed it?

-     It is informed and inspired by cutting edge neuroscience and sleep research and utilizes empirically tested principles common to many methods of somatic education including the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais.

How is it taught?

-     Ongoing classes and weekend workshops. At a workshop you will learn basic principles and practices of The Sounder Sleep System in an unhurried format and leave the workshop feeling restored and revived knowing what to do whenever sleep eludes you.

My first workshop, I felt better than if I had been on a dozen vacations. I learnt to sleep. 
Now my clients love the gentle breathing and movement techniques that are so easy
to fit into their lives. Many have said that the deep relaxation they
experience has also assisted their ability to meditate.
